. Examine clearance and replace relevant components when necessary. 1.4. Measurement transducer block 1.5. No discharge due to Solenoid valve closed. First check electric wiring, then trouble on component itself (short circuit of winding or block in valve membrane, etc). 1.6. Pipeline and bottom valve failure If continuously exhaust in vapor separator from beginning, disconnect filter cover and take out filter net; pour same kind of oil in it and given see oil level quickly drop, there is leakage occurred in pipeline and bottom valve. 1.7. No discharge caused by nozzle failure Jam in jointer or filter. Unlock strainer or jointer to remove dirt and waste. Nozzle always in auto-shut state, check automatic shut device, mainly inlet vent, spring. 1.8. Bottom valve be stuck in and pipeline is plugged. Exterior reasons for no delivery Oil level is so lower than bottom valve that pump can’t suck oil. Some valve(s) is closed in pipeline between tank and fuel dispensers. Air goes into valve(s). Single phase valve is rusted in bottom valve. Incorrect installation fuel dispenser of flange causes leakage between inlet pipe and fuel dispenser. Inappropriate oil is refueled. Oil is easy to gasify; water in oil freeze; wax in oil plug pipe. Pipe design is unsuitable. Two fuel dispensers, for example, are connected in same pipeline without valve, or valve can’t shut completely; pipeline has many crooks or too thin. Slow flow rate as starting 3.1. Strainers, including cone-shaped filter net and nozzle filter net, are jammed. 3.2. Large amount of air flow into from broken parts or pipeline, causing much foam in oil indicator. 3.3. Large noise and vibration during operation Vacuum pressure is inadequate. Leakage occurs in overflow valve or pump gasket. Inner leakage in fuel dispenser increase as serious abrasion in pump vane or vane is stuck by waste. Vapor separator trouble Small floater of vapor separator is broken or fall down; insufficient pre fuel dispenser ssure in high pressure chamber as exhausting valve can fuel dispenser

GD_Operative are detected the CGD goes to the OPERATIVE state automatically. Action: The CGD sends the unsolicited data CGD_Status. CGD_SetUp When the CGD_SetUp command is received from a controller device the CGD moves into the SET-UP state. Action: The CGD sends the unsolicited data CGD_Status. MAJOR ERROR If a major error event occurs the CGD stays in the INOPERATIVE state. Action: The CGD sends the unsolicited data CGD_Status and CGDEC_ErrMsg1. MINOR ERROR If a minor error event occurs the CGD stays in the INOPERATIVE state. Action: The CGD sends the unsolicited data CGDEC_ErrMsg1. In case a command is sent which is not included in this event description the command will (OTHER) be rejected and the CGD stays in the same state. we are committed to create the best workplace, encourage our staffs to put their own personalities into their jobs, and provide them a stage to show themselves.

w economic studies cast them in a more positive light. In “The Performance of Reverse Leveraged Buyouts Jerry Cao and Josh Lerner investigate the allegation that private-equity firms weaken the companies they buy—taking them private, running them to maximise short-term cash flow, burdening them with debt, then flogging them to gullible investors through an initial public offering (IPO). In their study, the two economists examine the post-IPO performance of 496 firms floated by private- equity companies between 1980 and 2002. They found that these shares outperformed both the overall stockmarket and shares issued in other IPOs not backed by private equity. Highly leveraged firms performed no worse than those with less debt. Bigger IPOs backed by private equity did even better than smaller ones. However, those firms that were owned by private equity for less than a year performed relatively poorly, suggesting that “buying and flippingback to the market—common nowadays—is a less useful role for private equity to play than longer-term ownership. The second study fuel dispenser examines the growing fashion for hedge funds to target companies in an effort to get them to change strategy and or top management. In “Hedge Fund Activism, Corporate Governance, and Firm Performance Alon Brav, Wei Jiang, Frank Partnoy and Randall Thomas examine 374 such efforts in 2004-05 by 110 activist hedge funds, which acquired at least a 5% stake in their targets. Around 40% of their interventions were hostile, resisted by the incumbent company management. The good news shares in the target firm outperform the market over various periods, including by 5-7% in a 20-day window around the start of the activism. The best performance occurs when the hedge fund attempts to get the target to change its strategy or put itself up for sale. There is little upside in simply trying to change the target s capital structure. The authors conclude that there is “no empirical evid fuel dispenser ence for the assertion that hedge fund fuel dispenser
